Mermaid Eyes by Sushee

I love make up so much. My friends and I share the same interests. All of my friends are gorgeous. Today, I'm gonna feature one of my bff. Her name is Socel. We call her Sushee for some reasons. Anyway, I like the way she do her hair and make up.  In other countries they call it "combo". It's really hard to specialize both, but to her......it's just a piece of cake!

Just this month, we saw each other again. Oh man, we've been busy. I was surprised to see her. She's perfect. I've been trying to convince her to do a tutorial because she's really good at make up, hair and fashion. I'm so glad to learn that she finally decided to do it.

Technically, what I'm going to feature is her very first tutorial. Exclusive here on my blog. Haha! I feel like a reporter saying that!

Let's begin.

From a so-so picture to an awesome outcome.
---

1)Sushee applied a light yellow eye shadow all over her lid.
---

2 Then she applied Aquatic Blue Green to the middle lid.
---

3 Next is the green eye shadow on her outer lid.
---

4 She blended the colors with Aquatic Crisp in Blue Green shade.
---

This is how it should look like..
---

5 She used a very light purple to her inner crease.
---

6 On the above of her crease, she used a dark violet.
---

7 She then applied baby pink to the outer crease.
---

8 She traced her eyes using the Nichido Liquid Eye Liner. As you can see, she drew a wing effect at the end of her eye lids. I love this technique!

9 Last but not the least, the falsies.

---

Voila!

These are the following make up that Sushee used for this Mermaid Eyes Tutorial

I hope you enjoy the tutorial. Please support her upcoming blog!

Make Up Challenge

Yesterday, we had to ride a taxi because our car was color coding. We were late for our appointment because it was really hard to get a taxi that would give us a ride going to Taguig City. Our house is located at Antipolo City and it's kinda far.

I took a bath and dressed up but  haven't put any make up when the taxi arrived. So, I had this idea. A "Make Up Challenge". I wanna know if I can put make up properly on a moving vehicle. Haha.

So here's what happened and let's see if I passed the challenged.

I look terrible without make up on. Just like other celebrities, I hate it when people see me without make up. I feel naked without it. Besides, I have imperfections.

Base

I used my Maybelline BB Cream as a base. I wasn't able to put some moisturizer but it was okay because I have this awesome product.
Verdict: Passed

Concealer

I used E.L.F. Corrective Concealers to hide my skin  breakout.
Verdict: Passed

Foundation

Applying a Maybelline Foundation on a moving vehicle was so easy. It's just a piece of cake. The challenged was not that hard yet. ;))
Verdict: Passed

Eyebrow Pencil

Oh my gosh, lining my eyebrow was so hard to do. I looked awful. It was really hard, man.
Verdict: Failed

Eyeliner

The line on my lid was okay but  not that even. Since I'm a perfectionist I hated it .
Verdict: Failed

Eye Shadow

Applying my eye shadow was so easy.
Verdict: Passed

False Lashes

I had a hard time putting this. The glue was all over my hands, I can't put it to the right place and I have to do it over and over again. :-(
Verdict: Failed

Lipstick

To finish my look, I applied my pink Nichido lipstick. I love it! It was easy for me to apply it.
Verdict: Passed

Make up is like a magic!

See? I told you I looked different with make up. :))

Yay! I passed the challenge.

Dramatic Blue Eye Make Up

I really love blue! My mom use to put this on her eyes and I told her how pretty she was with blue eye shadow. I really like her look 'coz it's really good for parties or night outs. I'm going to make my own version of that look inspired by my mom with a twist of "ulzzang".

All you need are the following:

Brown eye brow pencil, black pencil and liquid eye liner, glittery eye shadow (white, black & blue), false lashes w/ glue, eye lash curler and mascara.

Let's start.

Always start with a clean face. Be sure that you exfoliate and moisturize first. Let your skin absorb the products before you start your make up. Don't forget to use eye primer too.

Raise your eyebrow. Using the brown pencil, trace your eyebrow to achieve its natural shape. Don't over do it.

Start lining your lid from the middle to the outer edge, then from the inner edge connecting to the middle. You may want to draw a wing to create a cat eye for ulzzang look.

Apply the glittery white eye shadow thoughtfully to your lids and crease.

Using your glittery black eye shadow, apply it on the outer edge of the crease towards the inner edge. This effect will give more depth to your eyes.

This is how it's going to look like.

Retouch the line that you made on your lid and apply eyeliner to the lower part of your eye. It's up to you if you want a half line or you want to draw all the way from your tear duct. I recommend using pencil at this part because liquid eye liner might irritate your eye balls.

Use liquid eye liner to trace the line that you made. Liquid liner has longevity unlike the pencil. We only used pencil so that it will be easier to apply liquid liner. I really love using liquid liner because of its effect. It's good for "ulzzang" look.

Apply the false lash glue evenly. Don't put too much because it will be harder for you to attach the lashes on your lids.

Remember, the closer it is to your lashes, the more it will look natural. Curl your lashes and then apply mascara so that your natural lashes and the fake ones will go together.

Using your angled brush, apply the glittery blue eye shadow thickly under your eyes. This will make you look more glamorous.

Now it's finish. You can now enjoy your Dramatic Blue Eye Make Up with a twist of Ulzzang.
